King Security training begins once a candidate is hired, he or she goes through an extensive training program. This program is so intensive, that only about 60% of all attendees actually pass and go on to become King Security officers.

The training includes detailed classroom and field sessions. After each phase of training, candidates are given a written exam to ascertain their level of retention and understanding.

Once the candidate passes this unique training program, they are put through an extensive field training program. Here they are closely monitored by a field supervisor. This training segment allows the candidate to be observed in a "real life" situation. This results in an officer who is better prepared to handle the most challenging of situations. Ongoing refresher training is given on a periodic basis and all officers have free access to our security library.
