Guard Card Training Course.

King Security offers guard card training classes at our training facility in San Francisco. All individuals who work as security officers and interact with the general public in the State of California are required to hold a state issued security guard license, commonly referred to in the business as a California guard card. Our purpose is to help all security officers achieve the necessary training for a great career in the growing security industry. Security officers jobs are on demand as security uncertainty increases.  We are committed to helping all our students new to the security industry attain their guard card, as well as those who need to renew their security license.
 
Guard Card Training Course.
     This is a  one day eight (8) hour course and must be completed in order to apply for a Guard Card. A security officer cannot be assigned to a post until he/she has a Guard Card. The guard card training course starts at 9am everyday at our prestige training center and is divide into two sections, Powers to arrest course and weapons of mass destruction and terrorism awareness class. As a security student you will learn the following in each section; 
Power to Arrest (4) Hours 
    •    Criminal Law
    •    Civil Liability
    •    Search and Seizure
    •    Duty and Authority
Weapons of Mass Destrucion (WMD) & Terrorism Awareness - (4) Hours
    •    Role of a Security Officer
    •    The Nature of Terrorism
    •    Weapons of Mass Destruction
    •    Coordinating and Sharing of Critical Information
